Dankort and Visa/Dankort are the Danes' preferred means of payment - also online.

Most Danes have a Dankort, and this debit card is considered to be one of the safest ways to pay. The Dankort or Visa/Dankort is used on the Internet in the same way they are in the physical world. So when a customer buys something online they use their Dankort, and when they buy something abroad they use the Visa part of their Dankort.

Acquirer agreement
Your company must have a Dankort agreement for the Internet with Nets - the former PBS in order to be able to accept Dankort and VISA/Dankort.

Your company must be registered in Denmark with a CVR number in order to receive Dankort payments.
